In compliance with Industry standards, Truehope cannot accept any returns. Orders that are refused or undeliverable are subject to a 25% re-handling fee. In all cases, the shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Orders that are returned for replacement and then re-shipped are subject to an additional shipping and handling fee. If a mistake was made on our part we will cover all costs associated with correcting the order.
